Maybe you're navigating a significant life transition, sensing something within you is ready to shift, but can't quite move forward.

Wherever you are, you’re standing at a crossroads — a threshold between what has been and what is quietly calling you forward.

You know something needs to change. Yet despite your best intentions, you find yourself returning to the same thoughts, patterns or fears.

This is where hypnotherapy is so powerful.

Rather than working only with the conscious mind, hypnotherapy allows us to gently explore the deeper beliefs, emotional patterns and protective parts that may be shaping your experience beneath the surface. Together, we create a safe, spacious environment to understand what's really going on, release what is no longer serving you, and strengthen the beliefs, resources and inner confidence that support where you're wanting to go.

No two sessions are the same

We begin with conversation, what's brought you here, what's happening in your life, what you're coming up against and what you're hoping for.

We then move into a guided hypnotherapy experience. While my work draws on Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), conversational hypnosis, parts work and other therapeutic approaches, I don't follow rigid scripts or protocols. Instead, each session is thoughtfully tailored to you—your story, your goals and what feels most important on the day.

At the end of your session, we'll take some time to gently return, reflect on your experience and discuss anything that arose for you. This is an opportunity to ask questions, make sense of what came up, and begin integrating your insights into everyday life.

Following your session, I'll create a bespoke hypnosis recording based on the work we've done together. This recording becomes an extension of your session, something you can return to in the days and weeks ahead to reinforce new beliefs, deepen the work, and continue supporting lasting change.

These sessions are generally around 2 hours, however I allow space for them to naturally unfold. While most sessions sit within this timeframe, they may occasionally extend slightly to ensure we have enough time to fully explore, integrate and close without rushing the experience.

Over the years, both as a practitioner and as a client, I've come to realise that healing doesn't follow a predetermined timeline. Sometimes a single conversation creates profound change. Sometimes life unfolds in a way that invites us back months later. And sometimes the most supportive thing is simply having the freedom to choose what feels right for you, without pressure or obligation.

For that reason, I offer standalone sessions.

Each session is complete in itself, designed to meet you where you are and give you what you most need in this season of your life. If, after our work together, it feels supportive to meet again, you're always more than welcome to return. But that decision is yours to make, based on your needs—not because you've purchased a package or feel committed to continuing.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling lighter, clearer and more empowered, trusting that you have exactly what you need for the next part of your journey.

  • As a midwife and IVF nurse, I know first hand that while pregnancy and birth can be an incredibly happy time, for many it brings its own challenges, worries, fears, anxiety and stress. 

    Conceiving, pregnancy and birth are so much more than the physiological processes involved. 

    Your mindset, emotional state, stress levels, fears, anxieties or negative thoughts play a huge role in how well you can navigate this time of your life. 

    While many may have heard of women using hypnosis for birth (and I’ve seen first hand how powerful this can be) there are so many other ways hypnosis and RTT can be used to support you during this time.

    Where ever you might be on your journey to motherhood, hypnotherapy offers a pathway out of fear, doubt, anxieties and ‘what ifs’ so that you can move forward in your motherhood chapter with confidence, calm and clarity.

  • While I offer an intuitive and personalised approach, a hypnotherapy session typically involves elements of relaxation, regression, inner child work, parts work and reprogramming of unhelpful thought patterns to supportive, positive and empowering beliefs that align with your vision.

  • There is no ‘right’ way to experience hypnosis, in fact it may not feel like you are in hypnosis at all. Sometimes people expect to feel markedly different in hypnosis but this isn’t true for everyone. You can expect to feel relaxed, but you will still be fully awake and not asleep. You will be in control and you will be able to remember the session afterwards. People can often have a big emotional release during hypnosis and tears are common as you process what comes up for you.

  • We always revisit memories safely and it’s important to remember that if a traumatic memory does come up for you that you are only reviewing the scene, not reliving it. Sometimes it’s helpful to think of the scene playing on a TV or movie screen. Remember that you are in control, you are safe, the event is in the past and that I’m there with you, creating and holding a safe space for you.

  • All sessions are run virtually over video call. Be reassured that hypnotherapy works beautifully online and is just as effective as in person. Plus it allows me to work with clients from all over Australia and the world while you can stay in the comfort of your own home.

  • Everyone responds differently - you may feel a newfound sense of clarity and energy or you may feel introspective as you process what came up for you. In terms of when you’ll notice change, again everyone is different. You may notice an immediate change in your feelings, behaviours, thoughts and actions or the change may build slowly over the coming days and weeks. And sometimes you don’t notice the change at all as it’s happening, it’s not until you look back that you’ll see how far you’ve come.

  • This is one of my favourite parts of the work I do… creating a deeply personalised and meaningful hypnosis audio that you can return to in the days and weeks ahead to reinforce new beliefs, deepen the work, and continue supporting lasting change.

    Please note:

    • You can expect to receive your hypnosis audio within 48 hours of your session via a shared google drive link

    • My hypnosis recordings are paired with relaxing music which incorporates binaural beats. Binaural beats cause changes in brainwave activity and encourage deeper levels of relaxation and increased receptivity to positive suggestions.

    • Your hypnosis audio will be a minimum of 15 minutes.

    • For best results I recommend listening to your audio every day for at least 21 days but ideally 30.

  • Like so many of us, I am multi-passionate with a bit of a winding career path!

    I have over ten years experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife working across various areas including IVF nursing and child family health nursing…partly why I love offering Mother:Child and Family Human Design sessions!

    I’ve also trained in Natural Fertility Education..another deep passion of mine is menstrual cycle education, cycle charting and cyclical living.

    I’ve also studied an advanced certification in Human Design.

    And of course, I’m also a certified hypnotherapist having trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and conversational hypnosis.
